They are located in an area a little over an acre filled with different native vegetation and fruit trees.

From mango, starfruit to various citric fruits you will be surrounded by a gorgeous garden.

In addition to the scenery, there is also a common area with a fully equipped barbeque grill and tables if you would like to have a gathering with the other tenants.

The seven villas are great space to relax while being extremely close to downtown Grecia.

Six of the villas have two bedrooms and there is also one with a one bedroom.

Everything you will need to cook a whole meal; and feel at home.

Of course, since you are here to relax we will also possible to provide with cleaning service and laundry service from our dedicated staff.

Staying in a villa does not include any meal, but all of them are equipped to prepare your own meals.

In regards if do not like to cook or making breakfast its easy to go in town and find your perfect restaurant.

All villas are furnished and all included in the price are the utilities and internet.

There are 2 washing machines for all villas to use.

Also included in the price is once a month cleaning from the villa. No laundry included in price

If Tenant want to clean it more times a month there will be a charge extra.

Also laundry service can be arranged for a more price.

The villas can be rent short and long term.

Prices

1 bedroom villa $525 a month long term 6 months or more 

                             $550 Short term up to 6 months

​

2 bedroom villa $625 a month long term 6 months or more

                             $650 Short term up to 6 months 

​

There is a one month deposit required for all the rentals
